Kaleidoscope Change Co was founded by Pamela Sadler and Rachelle Elphick. Their many years of combined experience and complementary skills offer a unique approach that holds the balance in community sector work combining insight and compassion, visionary ideas and practical solutions, aspiration and attainability.

Pam is passionate about community and its potential to help us thrive, collectively and individually. She believes that when we value each other’s strengths, learn from each other’s perspectives and work together towards a common vision, things that seemed impossible become possible.
Pam has wide ranging experience over 20 years in the ‘for purpose’ sector across co-design and innovation, place-based approaches, evaluation and impact measurement, operational and business development. She has an in-depth understanding of homelessness, social and affordable housing, alcohol and other drugs, mental health, family services and community development
Pam brings her empathetic approach to all her work. She draws on her background in Human-Centred Design to keep people at the centre of projects, ensuring the voice of people experiencing vulnerabilities is heard.
A naturally strategic thinker, she loves to inspire those she works with to think creatively about the most impactful solutions. She is skilled at facilitation, synthesising complex information, developing insights, principles and frameworks, and communicating them with clarity.
Pam is also a wife and mum to two girls who she hopes will find their own way to leave the world a better place than they found it.
Rachelle is deeply committed to people and humanity, and the need for everyone to have 'someone in their corner' and to experience a sense of belonging.
A strong believer in the power of community, she is a keen builder of partnerships and projects, with a highlight being time spent in community development in DRC, Africa.
Rachelle is a natural leader, building strong, respectful, collaborative working relationships, with the investment in people and teams to make the difference.
Initially being drawn to community services as a youth worker in residential care, she has worked in operations in the ‘for purpose’ sector for over 30 years including youth, residential, alcohol and other drug, mental health and community housing. Rachelle has held roles in front line, project, leadership and senior management. She continues to be a strong advocate for investing in people, not just for their own life experience but as the holders of tomorrow.
Rachelle is also the co-director of BTL Building, a construction company operating in Sydney. With her husband, they share a passion for renovation and restoration of property.
In her other life Rachelle enjoys nothing more than a family beach holiday.
